Can a tax invoice be issued under a company or government entity?

Can orders be picked up directly from your warehouse?

 We regret to inform you that customers cannot pick up orders directly from the warehouse. All orders are prepared and shipped daily.

Can I request expedited shipping for my order?

 There is no need to request expedited shipping as all orders are prepared in the morning and sent daily through shipping companies except on Fridays. No orders are delayed unless there are exceptional circumstances, and orders cannot be prepared or shipped outside the daily processing schedule.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

 We have calculated an average delivery time for each region to help predict shipment arrival:-

Jeddah and Mecca: 1 day, Riyadh & Qassim & central region cities: 2 days, Eastern region cities: 2–3 days, Southern region cities: 2 days, Western coastal cities: 1–2 days, Northern border cities: 3 days.

How can I get a refund for a return or exchange?

 If the payment was made via credit card or Visa, the amount will be refunded to the same card. For payments made via bank transfer or cash on delivery, the refund will be sent to the customer's bank account. For payments through Tabby, we will submit a refund request via Tabby.
